Ingredients
1cupheavy cream,
½cupwhole milk
½cupgranulated sugar
¼cuplemon juice
1tablespoonlemon zest
1teaspoonvanilla extract
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together 1 cup heavy cream, ½ cup whole milk, ½ cup granulated sugar, ¼ cup lemon juice, 1 tablespoon lemon zest, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami pint container. Place the lid on and freeze for at least 24 hours until solid.
Once frozen, remove from the freezer and place into the Ninja Creami machine. Run the Ice Cream function.
If the texture is crumbly, add a splash of milk and use the Re-spin function until smooth and creamy.
