Make rich, creamy coffee gelato at home with the Ninja Creami. Quick, easy, and packed with bold espresso flavor—perfect for coffee lovers.
Ingredients
1 1/4cupwhole milk, or 2% milk for a lighter texture
1/2cupheavy cream
2-3tbspdry vanilla ice cream mix, for extra creaminess
2tbspgranulated sugar
1-2tbspinstant espresso powder, adjust for desired coffee strength
1/2tspvanilla extract, optional, for added depth
Instructions
In a mixing bowl or the included pint container, whisk together the 1 1/4 cup whole milk, 1/2 cup heavy cream, 2-3 tbsp dry vanilla ice cream mix, and 2 tbsp granulated sugar until fully dissolved. Add the 1-2 tbsp instant espresso powder and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract mixing well until the espresso powder is fully incorporated.
Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container, place the lid on, and freeze for 24 hours.
After freezing, remove the pint container, take off the lid, and place it in the Ninja Creami machine. Select the "Gelato" function and churn.
If the gelato appears crumbly, add a small splash of milk and use the "Re-mix" function to achieve the perfect, creamy texture.
Enjoy your coffee gelato right away, or store it in the freezer for a firmer consistency.
