Description

Indulge in this easy Ninja Creami Butterfinger Ice Cream! Creamy, rich, and loaded with Butterfinger bits, it’s the perfect homemade dessert for candy lovers.

Ingredients 

  • 2 cups Whole Milk,
  • 3.4 ounces Instant Butterscotch Pudding Mix ,
  • 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter,
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream ,
  • 1 cup Butterfinger Bits, diced candy bar

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the 2 cups Whole Milk, 3.4 ounces Instant Butterscotch Pudding Mix , 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter, and 1 cup Heavy Cream until smooth and fully combined.
  • Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami pint container, leaving about ½ inch from the top. Seal with the lid and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  • Insert the frozen pint into the Ninja Creami machine and select the Ice Cream function. Let the machine churn until the ice cream reaches a smooth, creamy texture.
  • Create a small well in the center of the ice cream and add the 1 cup Butterfinger Bits Use the Mix-In function to fold them evenly throughout.
