Instructions
Place the 24 ounces cream cheese and 3/4 cup buttermilk in a large microwave-safe bowl and heat for 1 minute. Use a hand mixer to beat until completely smooth. If it’s still too thick, microwave for another 30 seconds and mix again.
Stir in the 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper, and 1/4 cup Franks red hot sauce. Beat until fully combined, then fold in 1 cup of the chopped popcorn chicken.
In a small bowl, combine the 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1 tablespoon honey, and 3 tablespoon Franks red hot to make the finishing sauce.
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl (or leave it in the bowl you used), top with the remaining popcorn chicken in the center, and drizzle the sauce over it. Garnish with 1/2 cup pickle slices and 1/3 cup chopped scallions.
Serve with crackers, chips, or your favorite dippers.
