Ingredients
1largeripe mango, peeled and chopped (~1 cup)
¼cupolive oil
2tablespoonsfresh lime juice, about 1 lime
2tablespoonshoney or maple syrup, to taste
¼teaspoonsalt
Optional: pinch of chili flakes, fresh ginger, or garlic for extra flavor
Instructions
Add the chopped 1 large ripe mango, ¼ cup olive oil, 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice, 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup, and ¼ teaspoon salt to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity as desired. Add Optional: pinch of chili flakes
Serve immediately over salads, grain bowls, or grilled proteins. Chill in the fridge until ready to use.
