Description

Sweet, tangy, and creamy Easy Mango Salad Dressing made in minutes. Perfect for salads, grain bowls, or drizzling over chicken and seafood.

Ingredients 

  • 1 large ripe mango, peeled and chopped (~1 cup)
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice, about 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup, to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Optional: pinch of chili flakes, fresh ginger, or garlic for extra flavor

Instructions

  • Add the chopped 1 large ripe mango, ¼ cup olive oil, 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice, 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup, and ¼ teaspoon salt to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity as desired. Add Optional: pinch of chili flakes
  • Serve immediately over salads, grain bowls, or grilled proteins. Chill in the fridge until ready to use.
