Description

Enjoy Easy Legal Sea Foods Bacon-Wrapped BBQ Shrimp at home with smoky bacon, juicy shrimp, and a sweet-savory barbecue glaze—perfect for parties or quick appetizers.

Ingredients 

  • 18 large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 9 slices thin bacon, halved
  • ¼ cup barbecue sauce, for brushing
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat to 400°F (200°C) for air fryer, or 425°F (220°C) for oven.
  • Pat 18 large raw shrimp dry with paper towels.
  • Wrap each shrimp with a half slice of 9 slices thin bacon securing with a toothpick if needed.
  • Sprinkle ½ tsp garlic powder and ½ tsp black pepper over the shrimp, then lightly brush with ¼ cup barbecue sauce.
  • Air Fryer: Place shrimp in a single layer, cook 8–10 minutes at 400°F, flipping halfway.
  • Oven: Bake 12–15 minutes at 425°F, flipping halfway, until bacon is crispy and shrimp are cooked through.
  • Remove toothpicks and serve hot with Lemon wedges and extra barbecue sauce.
