2sprigsFresh herbs, optional, rosemary or thyme
Instructions
Remove the frozen 3 pounds boneless turkey breast from the package, unwrapping the frozen turkey breast from the plastic wrap.
Place the frozen turkey breast in the air fryer basket. Set air fryer temperature to 350 degrees F, set cook time for 15 minutes. Then brush the frozen turkey breast with a 1 tablespoon Olive oil to help it crisp. Season with 1 teaspoon Salt, 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper, 1 teaspoon Garlic powder, and 1/2 teaspoon Paprika. Don’t be shy, these seasonings will make all the difference.
Continue to cook your frozen turkey breast, at 350 degrees F, for another 25-30 until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F, but inserting the meat thermometer into the thickest part of the turkey breast. The exact time will be determined by the thickness of your turkey breast, and the air fryer you own.
Top with 2 sprigs Fresh herbs of rosemary or thyme for a fragrant finish. Let it rest 5–10 minutes before slicing to lock in all those juicy flavors.
