Crunchy, slightly sweet, and packed with wholesome ingredients, this First Watch Copycat Granola is perfect for breakfast, yogurt bowls, or a snack on the go. Made with oats, nuts, seeds, and lightly sweetened with agave and maple syrup, it’s an easy recipe that yields large, flavorful clusters just like the restaurant version.

Ingredients 

  • 6 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 1/2 cups Almonds
  • 1 cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 2 cups Wheat Germ
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Oil, or canola oil
  • 1/4 cup Agave Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Salt, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine 6 cups Rolled Oats, 1 1/2 cups Almonds, 1 cup Sunflower Seeds, 2 cups Wheat Germ, 1/2 cup Brown Sugar, 1 tablespoon Ground Cinnamon, and 1 teaspoon Salt. Stir until evenly mixed.
  • In a small saucepan over low heat, melt 1/2 cup Coconut Oil with 1/4 cup Agave Syrup, 1/2 cup Maple Syrup, and 2 tablespoons Vanilla Extract until smooth and slightly warm.
  • Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir thoroughly, ensuring every oat and nut is coated.
  • Spread the granola in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through for even browning.
  • Remove from oven and let cool completely. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks, or refrigerate for up to a month.
