Description

Fazoli's breadsticks are soft, pillowy, and drenched in garlic butter — and the secret isn't the dough, it's the double butter technique: a generous brush before baking, then another coat immediately out of the oven while the heat pulls it deep into the crumb. This copycat recipe nails both the garlic butter formula and that second brush, which is the step every other version gets wrong.

Ingredients 

  • 8 breadsticks , Pillsbury, Sister Schubert's, or any store-brand bake-and-serve

Fazoli's Garlic Butter Ingredients:

  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon cold water
  • 1.5 teaspoons granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley, optional

Instructions

  • Melt the 6 tablespoons unsalted butter and let cool slightly. Add the 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon cold water, 1.5 teaspoons granulated garlic 1 teaspoon kosher salt and 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley. Whisk vigorously until fully emulsified — it should look slightly creamy, not separated.
  • Brush each breadstick with half the garlic butter. Bake per package directions (usually 375–400°F for 8–10 minutes). Remove from oven. Brush immediately with remaining garlic butter. Let rest 5 minutes.
