Description

If you need an easy, no-fail appetizer that everyone actually eats, this crock pot cream cheese taco dip is the move. It’s simple, cheesy, and dangerously addictive—don’t expect leftovers.

Ingredients 

  • 1 pound Ground beef,
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar, or Mexican blend
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 2 tablespoons Taco seasoning
  • 10 ounces Rotel, diced tomatoes with green chiles
  • 2 Jalapeños, diced (adjust to spice preference)
  • 1/2 cup Black beans, drained and rinsed

Instructions

  • Cook the ground beef in a skillet until fully browned. Drain the grease (don’t skip this unless you want a greasy dip).
  • Add beef, cream cheese (cubed), shredded cheese, salsa, and taco seasoning.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 1–2 hours, stirring occasionally until everything is melted and smooth.
  • Once it’s creamy and combined, switch to warm and serve with chips.
