Ingredients 

  • 3 pounds Frozen meatballs,
  • 4 cups Marinara sauce, 32 ounces
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt, adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper, adjust to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red pepper flakes, optional
  • 2 teaspoons Fresh parsley, optional

Instructions

  • Lightly spray the crock pot with cooking spray or a bit of olive oil.
  • Place 3 pounds Frozen meatballs directly into the crock pot.
  • Pour 4 cups Marinara sauce over the meatballs, making sure they’re evenly coated.
  • Sprinkle in I2 teaspoons Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon Garlic powder, 1 teaspoon Onion powder, 1 teaspoon Salt, 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper, and optional 1/4 teaspoon Red pepper flakes. Stir gently.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours or high for 2–3 hours, until meatballs are heated through and tender.
  • Sprinkle chopped 2 teaspoons Fresh parsley over the meatballs before serving. Serve over pasta, rice, or as a party appetizer.
