4cupsMarinara sauce, 32 ounces
2teaspoonsItalian seasoning
1teaspoonGarlic powder
1teaspoonOnion powder
1teaspoonSalt, adjust to taste
1/2teaspoonBlack pepper, adjust to taste
1/4teaspoonRed pepper flakes, optional
2teaspoonsFresh parsley, optional
Instructions
Lightly spray the crock pot with cooking spray or a bit of olive oil.
Place 3 pounds Frozen meatballs directly into the crock pot.
Pour 4 cups Marinara sauce over the meatballs, making sure they’re evenly coated.
Sprinkle in I2 teaspoons Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon Garlic powder, 1 teaspoon Onion powder, 1 teaspoon Salt, 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper, and optional 1/4 teaspoon Red pepper flakes. Stir gently.
Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours or high for 2–3 hours, until meatballs are heated through and tender.
Sprinkle chopped 2 teaspoons Fresh parsley over the meatballs before serving. Serve over pasta, rice, or as a party appetizer.
