Description

These Easy CAVA Pita Chips are crispy, golden, and perfectly seasoned for dipping or snacking. Make them in the oven or air fryer for a quick homemade version of your favorite Mediterranean-style chips.

Ingredients 

  • 6 pita breads, cut into triangles
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F or air fryer to 350°F.
  • Cut pita bread into even triangle pieces.
  • Separate pita layers for extra crispiness if desired.
  • Toss pita pieces with olive oil until evenly coated.
  • Season with salt, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, onion powder, and pepper.
  • Spread in a single layer on baking sheet or air fryer basket.
  • Bake for 8–12 minutes or air fry for 5–7 minutes.
