1lb450 g large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2tbspolive oil
2tbspunsalted butter
3clovesgarlic, minced
2tspCajun seasoning
½tspsalt
¼tspblack pepper
1tbspfresh lemon juice
2tbspfresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
Peel and devein 1 lb 450 g large shrimp, peeled and deveined if needed, then pat dry with paper towels.
Toss shrimp with 2 tsp Cajun seasoning, ½ tsp salt, and ¼ tsp black pepper until evenly coated.
In a large skillet, melt 2 tbsp unsalted butter with 2 tbsp olive oil over medium heat. Add minced 3 cloves garlic and sauté for 30–60 seconds until fragrant.
Add the seasoned shrimp in a single layer. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until shrimp are pink and opaque.
Squeeze 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice over shrimp and toss with 2 tbsp fresh parsley. Remove from heat.
