In a large bowl, combine 2 pounds Ground turkey, 3/4 cup Fresh breadcrumbs, 1 medium Red onion , 3 cloves Garlic, 3 tablespoons Fresh parsley, 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 2 tablespoons Olive oil, 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon black pepper. Mix gently until just combined (don’t overmix, or the burgers may become tough).
Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into burger patties. Place on a tray or plate, and refrigerate for 15 minutes to firm up.
Heat olive oil in a skillet or preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 5–6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
