Cut 3 boneless pork chops into bite-sized pieces and pat dry to help the breading stick.
Place 1 cup all-purpose flour in one bowl, beaten 2 large eggs in another, and mix 1 ½ cups panko breadcrumbs, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, and1 teaspoon paprika in a third bowl.
Coat each piece in flour, dip into the egg, then press into the breadcrumb mixture until evenly coated.
Preheat to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes. Lightly spray the basket with Cooking spray or olive oil spray for crisping.
Arrange pork bites in a single layer. Air fry for 8 minutes, flip, spray lightly again, and cook another 4–6 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 145°F.
