Ingredients 

  • 3 boneless pork chops, about 1.5 pounds, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour, for coating
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 ½ cups panko breadcrumbs
  • Cooking spray or olive oil spray for crisping
  • Optional: dipping sauces like honey mustard, ranch, or BBQ

Instructions

  • Cut 3 boneless pork chops into bite-sized pieces and pat dry to help the breading stick.
  • Place 1 cup all-purpose flour in one bowl, beaten 2 large eggs in another, and mix 1 ½ cups panko breadcrumbs, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, and1 teaspoon paprika in a third bowl.
  • Coat each piece in flour, dip into the egg, then press into the breadcrumb mixture until evenly coated.
  • Preheat to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes. Lightly spray the basket with Cooking spray or olive oil spray for crisping.
  • Arrange pork bites in a single layer. Air fry for 8 minutes, flip, spray lightly again, and cook another 4–6 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  • Remove from air fryer, let rest for a minute, then Optional: dipping sauces like honey mustard
