Easy Air Fryer Zeppole (10-Minute Italian Doughnuts!)Enjoy a lighter version of classic Italian street food with this Air Fryer Zeppole recipe. These golden, airy doughnuts are ready in minutes and perfect for a quick family dessert or a festive Mardi Gras treat!

Ingredients 

  • 1 pound pizza dough, store-bought or homemade
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  • Start by shaping your 1 pound pizza dough into balls about the size of red potato as you make them lay them onto a greased air fryer basket or pan.
  • Set your air fryer temperature to 340 degrees F, and set cook time for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway during the cooking process.
  • In a small bowl, add your 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 2-3 tablespoons milk, and mix well. Dip the cooked Zeppoles into the sugar glaze.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.
