Description

Easy Air Fryer Wasabi Peas are a crunchy, spicy snack ready in minutes. Perfect for a healthy, flavorful bite, movie nights, or parties.

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup dried green peas, you can use canned, just dry them well
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon wasabi powder,
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, optional

Instructions

  • Set the air fryer temperature to 375 degrees F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  • Toss 1 cup dried green peas in a bowl with 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon wasabi powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder until evenly coated.
  • Spread the seasoned peas in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Set cook time for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Watch closely near the end to prevent burning.
  • Remove the peas from the air fryer and let them cool slightly. They will become even crunchier as they cool.
