Trim a medium head of cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets. Pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture for a crispier finish.
In a mixing bowl, combine 11/2 cup All-Purpose Flour, 2 tablespoons Cornstarch 1/2 cup Milk, 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder, 1 teaspoon Onion Powder 1 teaspoon Salt, and 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper. Whisk until smooth.
Dip each c3 cups Cauliflower florets into the batter, making sure it’s fully coated. Shake off excess batter.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the coated florets in a single layer in the basket, avoiding overcrowding. Lightly spray with cooking spray. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crisp.
Transfer the hot cauliflower to a large bowl. Pour 1/2 cup Sweet and Sour Sauce over the cauliflower and toss gently to coat.
Serve immediately as a side dish, appetizer, or over rice for a full meal. Optionally, garnish with green onions or sesame seeds for extra flavor and texture.
