Description

Turn your favorite holiday side dish into individual servings! These Air Fryer Stuffing Muffins are perfectly crispy on the outside, moist inside, and ready faster than a traditional casserole.

Ingredients 

  • 6 oz box stuffing, prepared (we prefer Stove Top)
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp gravy
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • Gravy for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a silicone or metal muffin pan that fits inside your air fryer basket.
  • Mix the stuffing: In a large bowl, combine the prepared stuffing, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and salt.
  • Add butter and gravy: Microwave the butter and gravy together for about 20 seconds until melted, then pour over the stuffing mixture and stir until evenly coated.
  • Fill the muffin pan: Use an ice cream scoop to portion the stuffing mixture into 9 muffin cavities.
  • Air fry the muffins: Place the muffin pan in the air fryer basket and cook for 12–15 minutes, until the tops are golden and slightly crispy.
  • Serve with gravy: Remove from the air fryer and drizzle with extra gravy if desired.
