Description

Fluffy, light, and airy pancakes made effortlessly in your air fryer. Perfect for breakfast or brunch, served with syrup, whipped cream, or fresh berries.

Ingredients 

  • 3 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, or canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar

Serve With: Maple Syrup, Whipped Cream, and Fresh Berries

Instructions

  • Spray your ramekins with cooking spray.
  • In a small bowl, add your 3 large eggs, one bowl for the egg whites and one bowl for the egg yolk.
  • Add the 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons milk, and 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract to the egg yolks, and mix well. Slowly fold in the 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, and mix well.
  • Add your s1 teaspoon granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon white vinegar to the egg white bowl, and mix well until peaks form. (Use an electric mixer or a kitchen-aid mixer)
  • Fold the egg yolk mixture into the white mixture, fold gently.
  • Spoon the batter into the greased ramekin. Preheat the air fryer temperature to 250 degrees F, for 3-5 minutes.
  • Place the ramekins into the preheated air fryer basket. Set cook time for 8-10 minutes.
  • Serve with whipped cream, maple syrup, or fresh berries.
