Ingredients
2tablespoonspaprika
2teaspoonscayenne pepper
1 1/2teaspoonswhite pepper
1 1/2teaspoonsblack pepper
1teaspoonKosher salt
2 teaspoonsonion powder
2 teaspoonsgarlic powder
1teaspoondried thyme
1teaspoondried oregano
4snapper fillets, about 6 ounces each
4tablespoonsbutter, unsalted and melted
Instructions
Spray your air fryer with cooking spray. In a small bowl, add 2 tablespoons paprika2 teaspoons cayenne pepper, 1 1/2 teaspoons white pepper, 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper, 1 teaspoon Kosher salt, 2 teaspoons onion powder, 2 teaspoons garlic powder, 1 teaspoon dried thyme, and 1 teaspoon dried oregano. Mix all of the seasonings in a small bowl.
Preheat your air fryer temperature to 400 degrees F, using the air fryer setting. Add the melted 4 tablespoons butter to a bowl, and then dip your 4 snapper fillets into the melted butter and then the seasoning mix.
As you coat your snapper, place them in the air fryer basket. Spray the coated red snapper fillets with cooking spray. Set the cook time for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway. Remember to spray your fish when you flip it!
