1/2teaspoonsalt
1teaspoonpure vanilla extract
1/2teaspoonground nutmeg
1/4cupmilk
Instructions
Spray your ramekins with non-stick cooking spray. And then pour 1 tablespoon of melted butter into the greased ramekin, and then add the 2 tablespoons brown sugar on top of the 2 tablespoons unsalted melted butter, add the 2 large pineapple slices and top with a 2 Maraschino Cherries in the middle.
In a small bowl, mix the 1/3 cup all-purpose flour, 3 tablespoons granulated sugar, 1/2 teaspoons baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg1/4 cup milk, 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, and melted 1 tablespoon unsalted butter melted. Mix well.
Then pour half the batter into the ramekin.
Set into the air fryer and set air fryer temperature to 320 degrees F, and set cook time for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the middle of the cake.
