Description

Ingredients 

  • 4 cod fillets, about 6 ounces each
  • 4 tablespoons pesto sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  • Start by patting the 4 cod fillets dry with paper towels.
  • Lightly season each cod fillet with Salt and pepper.
  • Spread a tablespoon of 4 tablespoons pesto sauce evenly over the top of each cod fillet.
  • Lightly drizzle 1 tablespoon olive oil over the pesto-covered cod fillets.
  • Preheat your air fryer temperature to 400 degrees F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  • Place the cod fillets in the air fryer basket, in a single layer.
  • Set cook time for 10-12 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve withLemon wedges.
