4cod fillets, about 6 ounces each
4tablespoonspesto sauce
1tablespoonolive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
Start by patting the 4 cod fillets dry with paper towels.
Lightly season each cod fillet with Salt and pepper.
Spread a tablespoon of 4 tablespoons pesto sauce evenly over the top of each cod fillet.
Lightly drizzle 1 tablespoon olive oil over the pesto-covered cod fillets.
