Description

Easy Air Fryer Lemon Garlic Shrimp recipe with juicy, flavorful shrimp cooked to perfection in minutes. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or appetizer with bright lemon and garlic flavor.

Ingredients 

  • 1.5 pounds large shrimp, peeled deveined tails optional
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons parsley

Instructions

  • Peel and devein the 1.5 pounds large shrimp if needed, then pat them completely dry with paper towels. Dry shrimp = better texture and flavor.
  • In a bowl, toss the shrimp with 3 tablespoons olive oil 4 cloves garlic minced, 3 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 teaspoon lemon zest, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Mix well so every shrimp is evenly coated.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for 3–5 minutes. This helps the shrimp cook quickly and evenly.
  • Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overlap or they’ll steam instead of lightly roast.
  • Cook at 400°F for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through. The shrimp are done when they turn pink and opaque with lightly golden edges.
  • Remove from the basket and sprinkle with fresh chopped 2 tablespoons parsley and an extra squeeze of lemon if desired. Serve immediately while hot and juicy.
