Description

Easy Air Fryer Lamb Burgers that are juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked in minutes. Quick, delicious, and perfect for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients 

  • 1 pound ground lamb
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Burger buns and your choice of toppings and condiments

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the 1 pound ground lamb 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion, minced 2 cloves garlic, 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, 1 teaspoon ground cumin, 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika, Salt and pepper Mix everything thoroughly, but try not to overwork the mixture to keep the patties tender.
  • Divide the lamb mixture into equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Aim for patties about 1/2-inch thick.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  • Brush the lamb patties with a little olive oil on both sides. This will help them develop a nice crust during cooking.
  • Place the patties in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving some space between each one.
  • Set cook time for 8-10 minutes, flipping the patties halfway through the cooking time.
  • Lamb should be cooked to an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) for medium doneness. Adjust the cooking time accordingly for your desired level of doneness.
