Ingredients
1poundground lamb, 80/20
1/4cupfinely chopped red onion
2clovesgarlic, minced
1tablespoonfresh mint leaves, chopped
1teaspoonground cumin
1/2teaspoonsmoked paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1tablespoonolive oil
4burger buns and toppings of choice
Instructions
In a large bowl, gently combine the ground lamb, red onion, garlic, mint, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix just until combined — do not overwork.
Divide into 4 equal portions and shape into ½-inch-thick patties, pressing a shallow dimple into the center of each.
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes. Brush both sides of the patties with olive oil.
Arrange the patties in a single layer with space between them. Cook at 375°F for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Cook to an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) for medium doneness, adjusting time as needed for your air fryer.
Rest the burgers 2–3 minutes, then build on toasted buns with your favorite toppings.
