Description

Easy Air Fryer Keto Egg Loaf Recipe – Low-carb, fluffy, and quick breakfast or snack made entirely in the air fryer. Perfect for keto diets, meal prep, or a healthy, mess-free breakfast.

Ingredients 

  • 6 large eggs
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour

Optional toppings: powdered sugar, maple syrup, fresh berries, or whipped cream

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer temperature to 325 degrees F (160°C) for a few minutes.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the 6 large eggs, softened 4 ounces cream cheese melted 2 tablespoons unsalted butter 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1 teaspoon vanilla extractand 2 tablespoons coconut flour Mix well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated, and the batter is smooth.
  • Grease a heatproof dish or pan that fits inside your air fryer basket.
  • Pour the prepared egg mixture into the greased dish. Use a spatula to smooth the top, creating an even surface.
  • Place the dish with the egg mixture into the preheated air fryer basket. Cook the Egg Loaf at 325°F (160°C) for approximately 20-25 minutes.
  • The Egg Loaf is done when it has puffed up, developed a golden brown top, and is fully set in the center. You can perform the toothpick test by inserting a toothpick into the center; it should come out clean when the Egg Loaf is ready.
