Ingredients 

  • 1 package pizza dough, refrigerated dough
  • 4 teaspoons butter, melted
  • 4-7 slices deli ham
  • 4-6 slices salami
  • 10-15 slices pepperoni
  • 4-6 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella, shredded
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1-2 teaspoons all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • pizza sauce, optional

Instructions

  • Start by rolling out the 1 package pizza dough on a floured surface (Sprinkle 1-2 teaspoons all purpose flour on top of a flat surface). Then lay down the 4-7 slices deli ham, 4-6 slices salami, 4-6 slices provolone cheese, 10-15 slices pepperoni, sprinkle 1/2 cup mozzarella on top.
  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and minced 2 teaspoons garlic Roll up the dough, and pinch the edges to seal.
  • Brush dough with Melted butter and garlic mixture.
  • Place the Stromboli in Air Fryer Basket, sprinkle the 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning on top.
  • Cut the slits into the stromboli, about every 2 inches, so that it will not explode as it cooks up.
  • Set the air fryer temperature to 350 degrees F, air fryer setting, and set the cook time for 10-12 minutes. Serve with pizza sauce.
