These super easy air fryer ham and egg cups are a quick, protein-packed breakfast made with eggs, ham, and cheese. Perfect for busy mornings, meal prep, or a simple low-carb breakfast the whole family loves.

6slicesham, deli ham is fine.
6tablespoonsshredded sharp cheddar cheese
green onions
salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees F. Press the ham slices into the cups, shaping them into little baskets.
Crack the eggs one at a time into a small bowl, then gently pour into the ham baskets. Leave a couple whole if you want runny yolks. Whisk the remaining eggs with salt and pepper, then pour into the remaining cups.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the eggs. Place the pan in the air fryer basket and set cook time for 5-7 minutes for softer yolks or 10-12 minutes for firmer eggs.
Carefully remove the pan and let the egg cups cool for about 2 minutes. Use a silicone spatula to lift them out, transfer to a serving plate, and finish with chopped green onions. These egg cups freeze well and can be reheated in the microwave for quick breakfasts late
