Description

These super easy air fryer ham and egg cups are a quick, protein-packed breakfast made with eggs, ham, and cheese. Perfect for busy mornings, meal prep, or a simple low-carb breakfast the whole family loves.

Ingredients

  • 6 whole eggs
  • 6 slices ham, deli ham is fine.
  • 6 tablespoons shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • green onions
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees F. Press the ham slices into the cups, shaping them into little baskets.
  • Crack the eggs one at a time into a small bowl, then gently pour into the ham baskets. Leave a couple whole if you want runny yolks. Whisk the remaining eggs with salt and pepper, then pour into the remaining cups.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the eggs. Place the pan in the air fryer basket and set cook time for 5-7 minutes for softer yolks or 10-12 minutes for firmer eggs.
  • Carefully remove the pan and let the egg cups cool for about 2 minutes. Use a silicone spatula to lift them out, transfer to a serving plate, and finish with chopped green onions. These egg cups freeze well and can be reheated in the microwave for quick breakfasts late
