Description

Cozy, festive, and utterly delicious, these Air Fryer Cranberry Pop-Tarts are perfect for breakfast, dessert, or holiday mornings. Flaky buttery crusts filled with tart cranberry jam and topped with a sweet glaze make this homemade treat irresistible. Plus, the air fryer keeps it quick and mess-free!

Ingredients

  • 2 sheets pie crust, store-bought or homemade, thawed if frozen
  • ½ cup cranberry jam, or preserves
  • 1 large egg, beaten for egg wash
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk, or cream
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Festive sprinkles, optional, for topping

Instructions

  • Roll out 2 sheets pie crust on a lightly floured surface. Cut into rectangles (about 3x4 inches) or desired shapes.
  • Spoon ½ cup cranberry jam onto half of the rectangles, leaving a small border around edges.
  • Top each filled rectangle with another piece of crust. Use a fork to crimp the edges tightly.
  • Brush tops with beaten 1 large egg for a golden, glossy finish.
  • Preheat air fryer to 350°F. Place pop-tarts in a single layer, leaving space for even cooking. Cook 8–10 minutes until golden brown and flaky.
  • Mix ¼ cup powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons milk, and ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Once slightly cooled, drizzle glaze over pop-tarts and add Festive sprinkles if desired.
  • Enjoy warm for the best flavor and flaky texture.

Equipment

  • Cooking Spray
  • Parchment Paper, optional
