Easy Air Fryer Cinnamon Roll Baked Oatmeal is a cozy, sweet breakfast ready in minutes. Soft, golden oatmeal with cinnamon roll flavor perfect for mornings or brunch.
Ingredients
Baked Oatmeal:
1cuprolled oats
1/4cupbrown sugar, or coconut sugar
1teaspoonground cinnamon
1/2teaspoonbaking powder
1/4teaspoonsalt
3/4cupmilk, any type
1largeegg
1teaspoonpure vanilla extract
Cinnamon Swirl:
3tablespoonsalmond butter, or regular butter
1tablespoonmaple syrup
1/2teaspoonground cinnamon
1tablespoonhot water
Topping:
2tablespoonsGreek Yogurt
1/8cuppecans, diced
Instructions
In a medium bowl, stir together 1 cup rolled oats, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Next, mix in 3/4 cup milk, 1 large egg and 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract and mix until ingredients are well combined
Divide mixture evenly into 3 ramekins. Bake each ramekin in air fryer at 320 degrees F (160˚C) set cook time for 8-10 minutes until top is golden. Allow 5 minutes to cool before topping.
Make the cinnamon swirl by combining 3 tablespoons almond butter, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon and 1 tablespoon hot water in a small bowl. Transfer to squeeze bottle and make a swirl on top of each baked oatmeal ramekin. Do the same with some 2 tablespoons Greek Yogurt, then top with chopped 1/8 cup pecans.
