Description

Quick and easy Easy Air Fryer Almond Cake with moist, tender crumb and rich almond flavor—perfect for desserts or special occasions.

Ingredients 

  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Optional Almond Glaze:

  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon water

Instructions

  • Cream together softened 2 tablespoons unsalted butter and 2 tablespoons granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add the 1 large egg and 1/4 teaspoon almond extract, mixing until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk almond 1/4 cup almond flour, 1/8 teaspoon baking powder and a 1/8 teaspoon salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, creating a smooth batter.
  • Preheat your air fryer temperature to 320°F (160°C), for 3-5 minutes.
  • Grease a small ramekin or oven-safe cake pan that fits comfortably in your air fryer basket. Pour the almond cake batter into the greased ramekin or cake pan.
  • Place the ramekin or cake pan in the preheated air fryer basket.
  • Set cook time for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Keep an eye on it, as cooking times may vary.
  • While the cake cools, prepare a simple almond glaze by whisking 2 tablespoons powdered sugar, 1/2 teaspoon almond extract, and 1/2 teaspoon water until smooth.
  • Once the cake has cooled slightly, drizzle the almond glaze over the top.
