Place chocolate chips in a small microwave-safe bowl and melt in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth and glossy.
Pour chocolate sprinkles into a separate small bowl and set nearby.
Dip the top of each donut hole into the melted chocolate, scraping off any excess, then immediately dip into the sprinkles so they stick.
Gently press a pretzel stick into the chocolatey top to create the acorn stem, being careful not to knock off the sprinkles.
Place each decorated donut hole on a parchment-lined tray.
Pop them in the fridge or freezer for 5 minutes to set the chocolate, or enjoy immediately while still slightly melty.
