Description

These Easy 3-Ingredient Air Fryer Avocado Chips are crispy, golden, and ready in minutes. Low carb and keto-friendly, they make the perfect healthy snack or party appetizer.

Ingredients 

  • 1 large Avocado, cut into small cubes
  • 1 large Egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs,

Optional Seasonings:

  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika,
  • 2 teaspoons Parmesan cheese,
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Lime zest

Instructions

  • Cut the 1 large Avocado into bite-sized cubes. Pat lightly with paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  • In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs with desired seasonings (1/2 teaspoon Paprika, 2 teaspoons Parmesan cheese, 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder,1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper, 1/2 teaspoon Chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon Lime zest)
  • Dip each avocado cube into the beaten 1 large Egg, then roll in the seasoned breadcrumb mixture. Press gently so the coating sticks.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange avocado cubes in a single layer, leaving space for air circulation. Cook for 8–10 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  • Let cool slightly, then enjoy as a snack, appetizer, or party treat. Pair with dipping sauces like ranch, aioli, or spicy mayo for extra flavor.
