Description

Smooth, creamy, no-bake strawberry fudge made with just strawberry frosting and pink candy melts. Ready in minutes of hands-on time — no candy thermometer required.

Ingredients 

  • 16 ounces strawberry frosting
  • 2 cups strawberry candy melts, about 12 ounces

Instructions

  • Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper (leave an overhang on two sides) and lightly spray with non-stick spray.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the pink candy melts in 30-second bursts, stirring between each, until completely smooth.
  • Add the strawberry frosting and stir until fully combined, smooth, and glossy.
  • Pour into the prepared pan and spread into an even layer. Gently tap the pan on the counter to release air bubbles.
  • Refrigerate at least 4 hours, or until completely set (overnight is best).
  • Lift out using the parchment, then cut into 1-inch squares with a warm, dry knife. Serve and enjoy.
