Make delicious Domino’s Chocolate Lava Crunch Cakes at home with this easy copycat recipe featuring a crispy exterior and warm, gooey chocolate center.
Ingredients
8ouncesbittersweet chocolate
10tablespoonsbutter, unsalted
3wholeeggs
3egg yolks
1cuppowdered sugar
1 1/2cupsall-purpose flour
Optional Garnishes: Powdered sugar, vanilla ice cream, raspberries, etc.
Instructions
Use melted butter or olive oil cooking spray, and spray the ramekins.
Microwave chocolate and butter in a medium microwaveable bowl or heatproof bowl on high for 2 minutes or until butter is melted. Stir until the chocolate is melted. Microwave for an additional 30 seconds if needed.
In a mixing bowl, add powdered sugar and flour and mix well.
Add whole eggs and egg yolks. Whisk until well combined.
Divide evenly between the greased ramekins, filling about 3/4 full.
Place ramekins in an air fryer basket and cook at 370ºF, air fryer setting, for 7 to 10 minutes. Allow to sit for 1 minute. Invert on a plate and gently tap the ramekin's bottom to release.
Run a butter knife around the edges to loosen the cakes
Garnish with powdered sugar and berries and serve immediately with ice cream.
