Whip up this easy and flavorful dipping sauce for shishito peppers—perfectly creamy, tangy, and ready in minutes for your favorite appetizer.

Ingredients 

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha , or chili garlic sauce, adjust to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt, to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons sour cream, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, and 1 clove of minced garlic.
  • If you like a little heat, stir in 1/2 to 1 teaspoon sriracha or chili garlic sauce.
  • Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper to taste. Mix until smooth.
  • Chill in the fridge for 15–30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld. Serve with freshly blistered shishito peppers.
