Ingredients
1/4cupmayonnaise
2tablespoonssour cream
1teaspoonsoy sauce
1teaspoonlemon juice, freshly squeezed
1clovegarlic, minced
1teaspoonSriracha , or chili garlic sauce, adjust to taste
1/4teaspoonsalt, to taste
1/4teaspoonblack pepper, to taste
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons sour cream, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, and 1 clove of minced garlic.
If you like a little heat, stir in 1/2 to 1 teaspoon sriracha or chili garlic sauce.
