Description

A creamy, Cajun-spiced deviled egg dip made with baked eggs, Duke's mayo, and cream cheese. No peeling required.

Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • ½ cup Duke's mayo
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 6 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup sweet pickle relish
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • Paprika, for topping
  • Cooking spray
  • Assorted crackers, for serving

Instructions

  • Grease a bread pan well with cooking spray and crack all 8 eggs into it. Set the pan inside a larger casserole dish and add hot water to the outer dish until the water level matches the egg level. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the eggs and transfer to a large mixing bowl. Blend on high with a hand mixer or pulse in a food processor until finely crumbled.
  • Add the mayo, Dijon, cream cheese, relish, Worcestershire, Cajun seasoning, and green onions. Mix on high until smooth and fully combined.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl, top with paprika, surround with assorted crackers, and serve.
