Cook 3 pounds Ground beef in a skillet until browned; drain grease. Season with 2 teaspoons Garlic powder, 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon Salt, and 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper.
In a small mixing bowl, mix together the 2 cups Cream cheese , 2 cups Ricotta cheese , 3 cups Mozzarella cheese, and 1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese
Spray crockpot with nonstick spray. Spread a layer of 6 cups Marinara sauce , then add half the beef, a layer of 4 cups Pasta, and half the cheese mixture (cream cheese + ricotta).
Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan over the top. Repeat layering until all ingredients are used.
Cover and cook on LOW 4 hours or HIGH 2 hours, until pasta is tender and cheese is bubbly.
Serve hot, garnished with parmesan or basil.
