With just a few pantry staples and your slow cooker, you’ll have juicy, fall-apart pork chops swimming in rich, savory gravy—perfect for a cozy family dinner or a no-fuss Sunday meal.

Ingredients 

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 4 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1.74 ounces brown gravy packets
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, diced, for garnish

Instructions

  • Arrange the boneless pork chops in a single layer at the bottom of your crockpot.
  • Evenly scatter the sliced mushrooms over the pork chops.
  • Sprinkle the brown gravy mix over the top, then slowly pour in the water to blend.
  • Cover with the lid and cook on low for 4–6 hours, until the pork chops are fork-tender and fully cooked.
  • Just before serving, chop some fresh parsley and sprinkle it over the top for a burst of color and flavor.
  • Optional: Want a thicker gravy? Whisk up a third packet of brown gravy on the stovetop and stir it in just before serving.
