Instructions
Pat the 2 pounds Chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
In a large bowl, toss the wings with1 teaspoon Salt, 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper, 1 teaspoon Garlic powder, and 2 teaspoons Cornstarch until evenly coated.
Place the wings in the air fryer in a single layer. Cook at 380°F for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the 1/4 cup Butter. Stir in 1/2 cup Hot sauce1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper, 1/4 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes, 1 teaspoon Vinegar, and 1 teaspoon Paprika and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Transfer the cooked wings to a large bowl and pour the hot atomic sauce over them. Toss until fully coated.
Serve immediately while hot and crispy, with your favorite dipping sauce on the side.
