Description

Make crispy Copycat Wingstop Atomic Wings at home with this easy recipe. Fiery, bold, and packed with flavor, these wings are perfect for game day, parties, or anyone craving seriously spicy chicken.

Ingredients 

  • 2 pounds Chicken wings
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup Hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 teaspoons Cornstarch

Instructions

  • Pat the 2 pounds Chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  • In a large bowl, toss the wings with1 teaspoon Salt, 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper, 1 teaspoon Garlic powder, and 2 teaspoons Cornstarch until evenly coated.
  • Place the wings in the air fryer in a single layer. Cook at 380°F for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the 1/4 cup Butter. Stir in 1/2 cup Hot sauce 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper, 1/4 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes, 1 teaspoon Vinegar, and 1 teaspoon Paprika and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  • Transfer the cooked wings to a large bowl and pour the hot atomic sauce over them. Toss until fully coated.
  • Serve immediately while hot and crispy, with your favorite dipping sauce on the side.
