30ouncescorned beef, any type
1teaspoonCooking Oil, optional
1teaspoonSalt, optional
1/2teaspoonBlack Pepper, optional
1/4cupOnion, optional
1/4cupBell Pepper, optional
Instructions
Open the can of 30 ounces corned beef and place it in the air fryer basket or pan. Dice the 1/4 cup Onion and 1/4 cup Bell Pepper and sprinkle them evenly over the hash.
Lightly drizzle with 1 teaspoon Cooking Oil, 1 teaspoon Salt, 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper or spray to help everything crisp.
Air fry at 375°F for 10 minutes, stir, then continue cooking for 5 more minutes.
