Description

Make perfectly crispy canned corned beef hash in the air fryer. Quick, easy, and golden brown—better than skillet-cooked hash in just 15 minutes.

Ingredients 

  • 30 ounces corned beef, any type
  • 1 teaspoon Cooking Oil, optional
  • 1 teaspoon Salt, optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper, optional
  • 1/4 cup Onion, optional
  • 1/4 cup Bell Pepper, optional

Instructions

  • Open the can of 30 ounces corned beef and place it in the air fryer basket or pan. Dice the 1/4 cup Onion and 1/4 cup Bell Pepper and sprinkle them evenly over the hash.
  • Lightly drizzle with 1 teaspoon Cooking Oil, 1 teaspoon Salt, 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper or spray to help everything crisp.
  • Air fry at 375°F for 10 minutes, stir, then continue cooking for 5 more minutes.
