Ingredients 

  • 10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and drained well
  • 2 medium garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 cup ricotta
  • 4 ounces crumbled feta cheese, divided
  • 2 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon. dried oregano
  • Sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
  • Crackers, pita chips, or bread, for serving ,

Instructions

  • Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) to get ready for baking the dip.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together 10 ounces frozen spinach, 2 medium garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1 cup ricotta, half of the feta, 2 tablespoon breadcrumbs, 2 teaspoon dried dill, and 1/2 teaspoon. dried oregano. Stir until creamy and well combined, then season with Sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
  • Spread the mixture evenly into a casserole dish and sprinkle the remaining feta on top for a golden, flavorful finish.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes until the dip is hot, bubbly, and lightly golden brown on top.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes. Serve warm Crackers, pita chips, or bread, for serving .
