This is one of my favorite Old Bay Crab Cake Sauce, and I love serving it with crab cakes, and other seafood dishes. Made with just a few simple ingredients, you will love this recipe!
Ingredients
1/2cuptartar sauce
1tablespoonlemon juice
1teaspoonOld Bay seasoning
1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
Instructions
Combine Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup of tartar sauce as the base. Then, pour in 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice for a zesty kick.
Add Seasoning: Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning into the mixture for that classic seafood flavor.
Mix in Worcestershire Sauce: Add 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce to deepen the flavor and add a touch of umami.
Stir Together: Stir all the ingredients together until they are well combined and the sauce is smooth.
Taste and Adjust: Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning if needed. You can add more Old Bay for extra spice or more lemon juice for additional brightness.
Serve: Serve the crab cake sauce chilled or at room temperature alongside your crab cakes. Enjoy the rich, tangy flavors that perfectly complement the crab cakes!
