Description

Create your own spicy, bold version of Wingstop's Atomic Sauce at home with this easy copycat recipe. Perfect for wings, fries, and more, it’s a must-try for heat lovers!

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper, adjust for heat preference
  • 1/4 cup Hot Sauce,
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder,
  • 1/4 cup Butter,
  • 1 teaspoon Vinegar,
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika,

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, melt 1/4 cup of butter over low heat.
  • Once the butter has melted, add 1/4 cup of hot sauce, 1-2 teaspoons of cayenne pepper (adjust to desired heat), 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, and 1 teaspoon of paprika to the saucepan.
  • Stir all the ingredients together until well combined. Allow the mixture to simmer for 2-3 minutes, letting the flavors meld and the sauce thicken slightly.
  • Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning if needed, adding more cayenne for heat or a bit more vinegar for tanginess.
  • Once your sauce is ready, toss it with crispy wings, fries, or use it as a dipping sauce for a bold, spicy flavor.

Equipment

  • Saucepan
  • Whisk
