Notes
For copycat Potato Olés: Air fry frozen round tater tots at 400°F for 10 to 15 minutes, shaking halfway, then season while hot.
Help it stick: Lightly mist cooked potatoes with cooking spray before seasoning.
Make it spicy: Double the chili powder and increase cayenne to 1/4 teaspoon.
Lower sodium: Reduce salt to 1 tablespoon and add 1 extra teaspoon onion powder.
Storage: Keep in an airtight container in a cool, dark place for up to 6 months.
