Description

If you love Starbucks as much as I do, you probably ordered this Copycat Starbucks Bacon Gouda Breakfast Sandwich, it's the perfect recipe for a quick breakfast. Now, with just a few simple ingredients, you can easily make this recipe at home, and it's perfect for meal prep!

Ingredients 

  • 1 ciabatta roll, split
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 strips bacon, cooked
  • 2 slices gouda cheese
  • 1 teaspoon butter, or oil, for cooking eggs
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • In a nonstick skillet, heat a little butter or oil over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat until just set.
  • Place bacon strips in the air fryer basket and cook at 400 degrees F and set cook time for 8-10 minutes, or until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  • On the bottom half of a ciabatta roll, layer the cooked egg, sliced gouda cheese, and crispy bacon. Add the top half of the roll.
  • Place the assembled sandwich in the air fryer. Heat at 370 degrees F for 1-2 minutes, or until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melty. Remove from the air fryer, let cool slightly, and enjoy your homemade Starbucks-style breakfast sandwich!
