Description

Create your own Copycat Red Robin Oktoberfest Burger with this easy recipe! Enjoy a juicy beef patty topped with melted beer cheese, caramelized onions, and served on a soft pretzel bun for an unforgettable burger experience.

Ingredients 

  • 4 Pretzel buns
  • 1 pound Ground beef, for patties
  • 1/2 cup Beer cheese, store-bought or homemade
  • 1 medium Caramelized onions, sliced
  • 4 Lettuce, leaves
  • 12 slices Pickles, dill
  • 2 tablespoons Mustard, adjust to taste

Instructions

  • Form the ground beef into burger patties, season with salt and pepper, and set aside.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the patties in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the patties reach your desired level of doneness.
  • Slice the pretzel buns in half and place them in the air fryer for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking, toasting them lightly.
  • During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty to melt.
  • On the bottom half of the toasted pretzel bun, add the beef patty with melted beer cheese. Top with caramelized onions, pickles, and a drizzle of mustard. Add the lettuce and place the top bun on.
