Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk 2 cups all-purpose flour1/4 cup granulated sugar, 2 teaspoons baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon salt until combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk 2 cups milk, 2 large eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and melted 4 tablespoons melted butteruntil smooth.
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto hot surface.
Cook until bubbles form and edges are set, then flip and cook until golden brown.
