Instructions
Add all ingredients to a small bowl.
Whisk thoroughly for about 30 seconds, until the color is completely uniform with no pale cornstarch streaks remaining.
Use right away, or store in an airtight jar in a cool, dark place for up to 6 months.

To make beef stew: Coat 2 lbs cubed stew beef in 3 Tbsp flour. Brown in 2 Tbsp oil in a Dutch oven over medium heat. Stir in the full seasoning batch and 3 cups water. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat, simmer 45 minutes. Add 5 cups cut vegetables and simmer 1 hour more, until tender. Makes 8 servings.
