Description

Learn how to make Copycat LongHorn Steakhouse Wings at home! Crispy, juicy wings with buffalo, garlic parmesan, or honey BBQ sauce.

Ingredients 

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper, optional, for heat
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

Optional Wing Sauces:

  • Buffalo Sauce , ¼ cup hot sauce + 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Garlic Parmesan , 2 tbsp melted butter + 2 tsp garlic powder + ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • Honey BBQ, ¼ cup barbecue sauce + 2 tsp honey

Instructions

  • Pat 2 pounds chicken wings dry with paper towels. This helps them crisp up.
  • In a large bowl, toss the wings with 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper, and 2 teaspoons olive oil until evenly coated.
  • Oven Instructions: Preheat to 400°F. Arrange wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  • Air Fryer Instructions: Cook at 380°F for 25–30 minutes, shaking basket halfway through.
  • While wings are hot, toss them in your choice of sauce ( Buffalo Sauce , Garlic Parmesan Honey BBQuntil fully coated.
  • Arrange on a platter, sprinkle with parsley or extra Parmesan if desired, and enjoy with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
